Shipping Methods

FedEx 3Day Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days.
FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
FedEx Priority Overnight – Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
FedEx First Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code.

Shipping Policies:

All orders require 24-72 hours processing time before shipping.
Orders are not processed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during holidays.
We do not guarantee same day shipping.
We do not offer International/Canadian shipping options at this time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions are made for returns due to errors in order fulfillment.
All orders shipped within California will be charged state sales tax.

Sales Tax:

In compliance with applicable state tax laws, orders shipped within or into California will be charged the applicable sales tax for your area’s tax rate.

Processing Time:

Orders will be processed within approximately 24-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification. Please note that orders are not processed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during holidays. Same day processing is not guaranteed.

Although we make our best efforts to ensure all information on SallyRideStore.com is accurate, we are not responsible for any typographical and/or photographical errors. Prices, product descriptions, and offer terms are subject to change without notice.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

SallyRideStore.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - SallyRideStore.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases less the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the reason for the return was due to our error, you will receive a full refund including the original cost to ship.

If there is a discrepancy in your order, Customers must inform SallyRideStore.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly, prior to the end of the 30 day return period.

Change Orders

If, for any reason, you need to change or update your order, please contact us at 1-800-561-5161 during hours of operation. Provided the order has not already been charged to your account and shipped, we will try to accommodate our updates. Please have your sales order or customer order number ready.

Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call 1-800-561-5161 during SallyRideStore.com's hours of operation (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm PST) to request an order cancellation.

Recordings

Sally Ride Science does not consent to having any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. You, the customer, agree not to record any call with Sally Ride Science unless you, the customer, has provided clear and conspicuous notice to SallyRideStore.com and has received prior written consent from Sally Ride Science.

Security

All on-line transactions are sent through our secure servers using encrypted session via 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates. Security of your data and transactions are our top priority.
